1. About these terms

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Silverschade Ltd(company number 14827366). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Our role — please read carefully

Silverschade is an advertising publisher. We display promotional information about helicopter charter services and refer visitors to third-party providers, principally Air Charter Service.

We do not sell flights and we take no payment from you. Any contract for a flight, charter, experience voucher or related service is formed exclusively between you and the provider you book with. Their terms of sale, cancellation terms, price, insurance and liability provisions apply to that contract, not these terms.

3. Prices and descriptions on this website

Prices, durations, aircraft types and route examples shown here are indicative illustrations gathered from publicly available market information. They are not offers capable of acceptance, they are not quotations, and they may be out of date. Only a written quotation from a charter provider is binding.

We take reasonable care to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Charter providers set their own requirements on minimum passenger age, passenger weight declarations, mobility, pregnancy and alcohol consumption before flight.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or for any harmful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell our content without written permission.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt availability of the service.

Subject to that, and because we provide the website free of charge, our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to £100.
