Silverschade Ltd does not own, operate, crew, maintain, insure or dispatch aircraft. We hold no Air Operator Certificate and no ATOL licence, and we are not an air carrier, broker or travel organiser within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

All flights are performed by independent third-party operators under their own approvals and insurance. Your contract, your rights and your remedies in relation to a flight lie against that operator or the provider you booked through.
