Content Moderation & Reporting Policy
Standards we apply to everything published on silverschade.com, and the route for reporting content you believe is unlawful, misleading or harmful.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Scope
All content on this website is created or commissioned by Silverschade Ltd. We do not host a forum, comments section or user-generated content, so the volume of moderation is small — but the standards and the reporting route below apply to every page, advertisement and image we publish.
2. Editorial standards
- Advertising is clearly and prominently identified as advertising on every page.
- Claims about price, duration and availability are presented as indicative and are checked against publicly available market information before publication.
- We do not publish content that is misleading, that exploits fear or urgency, or that implies a safety guarantee no operator can give.
- We do not target advertising at children or imply that credit should be taken on to fund a flight.
- Photography is illustrative. Where an image is a generated or stock representation rather than a photograph of a specific operator's aircraft, it is not presented as evidence of a particular service.
- Testimonials are illustrative composites unless expressly marked as verified customer reviews.
3. Prohibited content
We will never knowingly publish, and will remove, content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, promotes unsafe aviation practice, or breaches the CAP Code.
4. How to report content
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Content report" and include:
- the exact URL and a description of the content;
- why you believe it is unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- any evidence you hold (for example proof of ownership for a copyright claim);
- your contact details, so we can tell you the outcome.
Deliberately false or abusive reports may be disregarded and, if persistent, blocked.
5. How we review reports
- Acknowledgement within 2 working days.
- Initial assessment within 5 working days. Content credibly alleged to be unlawful is suspended from public view while we assess it.
- Decision and written explanation within 10 working days: content removed, amended, annotated, or retained with reasons.
- You may ask for a review by a director within 20 working days of our decision.
6. Intellectual property claims
If you own rights in material published here, tell us which work is affected, where it appears, and confirm in good faith that use has not been authorised. Verified infringing material is removed promptly, normally within 5 working days.
7. Records and transparency
Every report is logged with its date, category, decision and turnaround time. Records are retained for 24 months and inform an annual review of this policy.
